Kohlbachmühle is located directly on the Danube, you have a wonderful view of the Danube. The staff was very friendly and the ice cream was delicious.

A nice restaurant with an outside terrace and an unobstructed view of the Danube. The menu is well laid out. All in all, 3 stars are deserved for me. However, traditional Bavarian dishes are missing, then I would also give the 4th star

Well the schnitzel with french fries only had gristle inedible. But the liver dumpling soup was good. BUT THE BIG BUT: Children are allowed to play in the playground, the pebbles are on the carousel, but when the stones come on the pavement, the VISITORS have to TAKE AWAY!?!?! Why we?! So honestly ...

Was there today with the motorcycle to stop off-very nice location directly on the Danube-friendly service and good food-prices completely okay-recommendable!

We always go there by boat. From the box. Very friendly, very good food and everything tastes good have tried everything.

My wife, I and our 2 small dogs went on a short hike from Obernzell to the Kohlbachmühle today and wanted to have lunch there. Once there, we were already looking forward to sitting on the terrace directly on the Danube. Dogs are not allowed in the restaurant. All over Bavaria dogs are allowed in the restaurant, only here not. Since it was raining a bit, we asked the waitress to open a parasol for us so we wouldn't get wet. She refused. She didn't want to serve us because she didn't want to get wet. We then left. If you don't depend on paying guests, then you probably don't need it anymore. I've never experienced that before.

Camping cozy, simple, but really beautiful, right on the Danube, quiet. Pure relaxation. Restaurant, great food, nice operator and nice service. We like to come back again and again. Great bike paths. Nice ambience. See you soon
